„Programme your future” is a two-year international Erasmus+ programme-funded project of cooperation of schools for the exchange of good practices. The schools from Poland, Finland, Estonia and Spain collaborate within a strategic partnership. The coordinator of the project is Middle School number 3 under the name of The European Union in Sieradz, Poland. The partnership schools are Martna Põhikool (Martna, Estonia), IES Hermanos D'Elhuyar (Logroño, Spain) and Marttilan koulu (Marttila, Finland).

The project is realized from the 1th of September 2016 to the 31th of August 2018. The project is aimed at students from primary to high school and teachers of ICT (computer science) and other school subjects (mathematics, geography, biology, chemistry, physics, civics, native language). The main objectives of the project are teaching of programming, the exchange of knowledge of teaching of programming from the first year of education, teaching of computational thinking and using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) to solve problems from different school's subjects.
